Romani 11:6 E se lo è per grazia, non lo è per le opere; altrimenti la grazia non sarebbe più grazia.

Romani 11:7 Che dire dunque? Israele non ha ottenuto quello che cercava; lo hanno ottenuto invece gli eletti; gli altri sono stati induriti,

Romani 11:8 come sta scritto: Dio ha dato loro uno spirito di torpore, occhi per non vedere e orecchi per non sentire, fino al giorno d'oggi.

Romani 11:9 E Davide dice: Diventi la loro mensa un laccio, un tranello e un inciampo e serva loro di giusto castigo!

Romani 11:10 Siano oscurati i loro occhi sì da non vedere, e fa' loro curvare la schiena per sempre!

Romani 11:11 Ora io domando: Forse inciamparono per cadere per sempre? Certamente no. Ma a causa della loro caduta la salvezza è giunta ai pagani, per suscitare la loro gelosia.

Romani 11:12 Se pertanto la loro caduta è stata ricchezza del mondo e il loro fallimento ricchezza dei pagani, che cosa non sarà la loro partecipazione totale!

Romani 11:13 Pertanto, ecco che cosa dico a voi, Gentili: come apostolo dei Gentili, io faccio onore al mio ministero,

Romani 11:14 nella speranza di suscitare la gelosia di quelli del mio sangue e di salvarne alcuni.

Romani 11:15 Se infatti il loro rifiuto ha segnato la riconciliazione del mondo, quale potrà mai essere la loro riammissione, se non una risurrezione dai morti?

Romani 11:16 Se le primizie sono sante, lo sarà anche tutta la pasta; se è santa la radice, lo saranno anche i rami.

Romani 11:17 Se però alcuni rami sono stati tagliati e tu, essendo oleastro, sei stato innestato al loro posto, diventando così partecipe della radice e della linfa dell'olivo,

Romani 11:18 non menar tanto vanto contro i rami! Se ti vuoi proprio vantare, sappi che non sei tu che porti la radice, ma è la radice che porta te.

Romani 11:19 Dirai certamente: Ma i rami sono stati tagliati perché vi fossi innestato io!

Romani 11:20 Bene; essi però sono stati tagliati a causa dell'infedeltà, mentre tu resti lì in ragione della fede. Non montare dunque in superbia, ma temi!

Romani 11:21 Se infatti Dio non ha risparmiato quelli che erano rami naturali, tanto meno risparmierà te!

Romani 11:22 Considera dunque la bontà e la severità di Dio: severità verso quelli che sono caduti; bontà di Dio invece verso di te, a condizione però che tu sia fedele a questa bontà. Altrimenti anche tu verrai reciso.

Romani 11:23 Quanto a loro, se non persevereranno nell'infedeltà, saranno anch'essi innestati; Dio infatti ha la potenza di innestarli di nuovo!

Romani 11:24 Se tu infatti sei stato reciso dall'oleastro che eri secondo la tua natura e contro natura sei stato innestato su un olivo buono, quanto più essi, che sono della medesima natura, potranno venire di nuovo innestati sul proprio olivo!

Romani 11:25 Non voglio infatti che ignoriate, fratelli, questo mistero, perché non siate presuntuosi: l'indurimento di una parte di Israele è in atto fino a che saranno entrate tutte le genti.

Romani 11:26 Allora tutto Israele sarà salvato come sta scritto: Da Sion uscirà il liberatore, egli toglierà le empietà da Giacobbe.

Romani 11:27 Sarà questa la mia alleanza con loro quando distruggerò i loro peccati.

Romani 11:28 Quanto al vangelo, essi sono nemici, per vostro vantaggio; ma quanto alla elezione, sono amati, a causa dei padri,

Romani 11:29 perché i doni e la chiamata di Dio sono irrevocabili!

Romani 11:30 Come voi un tempo siete stati disobbedienti a Dio e ora avete ottenuto misericordia per la loro disobbedienza,

Romani 11:31 così anch'essi ora sono diventati disobbedienti in vista della misericordia usata verso di voi, perché anch'essi ottengano misericordia.

Romani 11:32 Dio infatti ha rinchiuso tutti nella disobbedienza, per usare a tutti misericordia!

Romani 11:33 O profondità della ricchezza, della sapienza e della scienza di Dio! Quanto sono imperscrutabili i suoi giudizi e inaccessibili le sue vie!

Romani 11:34 Infatti, chi mai ha potuto conoscere il pensiero del Signore? O chi mai è stato suo consigliere?

Romani 11:35 O chi gli ha dato qualcosa per primo, sì che abbia a riceverne il contraccambio?

Romans 11:6 But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise grace would no longer be grace.

Romans 11:7 What then? Israel failed to obtain what it sought. The elect obtained it, but the rest were hardened,

Romans 11:8 as it is written, "God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that should not see and ears that should not hear, down to this very day."

Romans 11:9 And David says, "Let their table become a snare and a trap, a pitfall and a retribution for them;

Romans 11:10 let their eyes be darkened so that they cannot see, and bend their backs for ever."

Romans 11:11 So I ask, have they stumbled so as to fall? By no means! But through their trespass salvation has come to the Gentiles, so as to make Israel jealous.

Romans 11:12 Now if their trespass means riches for the world, and if their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their full inclusion mean!

Romans 11:13 Now I am speaking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry

Romans 11:14 in order to make my fellow Jews jealous, and thus save some of them.

Romans 11:15 For if their rejection means the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?

Romans 11:16 If the dough offered as first fruits is holy, so is the whole lump; and if the root is holy, so are the branches.

Romans 11:17 But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, a wild olive shoot, were grafted in their place to share the richness of the olive tree,

Romans 11:18 do not boast over the branches. If you do boast, remember it is not you that support the root, but the root that supports you.

Romans 11:19 You will say, "Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in."

Romans 11:20 That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand fast only through faith. So do not become proud, but stand in awe.

Romans 11:21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you.

Romans 11:22 Note then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God's kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness; otherwise you too will be cut off.

Romans 11:23 And even the others, if they do not persist in their unbelief, will be grafted in, for God has the power to graft them in again.

Romans 11:24 For if you have been cut from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and grafted, contrary to nature, into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these natural branches be grafted back into their own olive tree.

Romans 11:25 Lest you be wise in your own conceits, I want you to understand this mystery, brethren: a hardening has come upon part of Israel, until the full number of the Gentiles come in,

Romans 11:26 and so all Israel will be saved; as it is written, "The Deliverer will come from Zion, he will banish ungodliness from Jacob";

Romans 11:27 "and this will be my covenant with them when I take away their sins."

Romans 11:28 As regards the gospel they are enemies of God, for your sake; but as regards election they are beloved for the sake of their forefathers.

Romans 11:29 For the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable.

Romans 11:30 Just as you were once disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience,

Romans 11:31 so they have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may receive mercy.

Romans 11:32 For God has consigned all men to disobedience, that he may have mercy upon all.

Romans 11:33 O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

Romans 11:34 "For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?"

Romans 11:35 "Or who has given a gift to him that he might be repaid?"

Romans 11:36 For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory for ever. Amen.

Romains 11:6 Or, si c'est par la grâce, ce n'est plus sur le principe des oeuvres, puisque autrement la grâce n'est plus la grâce.

Romains 11:7 Quoi donc? Ce qu'Israël recherche, il ne l'a pas obtenu, mais l'élection l'a obtenu, et les autres ont été endurcis,

Romains 11:8 selon qu'il est écrit: "Dieu leur a donné un esprit d'étourdissement, des yeux pour ne point voir et des oreilles pour ne point entendre, jusqu'au jour d'aujourd'hui".

Romains 11:9 Et David dit: "Que leur table devienne pour eux un filet, et un piège, et une occasion de chute, et une rétribution;

Romains 11:10 que leur yeux soient obscurcis pour ne point voir; et courbe continuellement leur dos".

Romains 11:11 Je dis donc: Ont-ils bronché afin qu'ils tombassent? Qu'ainsi n'advienne! Mais par leur chute, le salut parvient aux nations pour les exciter à la jalousie.

Romains 11:12 Or, si leur chute est la richesse du monde, et leur diminution, la richesse des nations, combien plus le sera leur plénitude!

Romains 11:13 Car je parle à vous, nations, en tant que moi je suis en effet apôtre des nations, je glorifie mon ministère,

Romains 11:14 si en quelque façon je puis exciter à la jalousie ma chair et sauver quelques uns d'entre eux.

Romains 11:15 Car si leur réjection est la réconciliation du monde, quelle sera leur réception, sinon la vie d'entre les morts.

Romains 11:16 Or, si les prémices sont saintes, la masse l'est aussi; et si la racine est sainte, les branches le sont aussi.

Romains 11:17 Or, si quelques-unes des branches ont été arrachées, et si toi qui étais un olivier sauvage, as été enté au milieu d'elles, et es devenu coparticipant de la racine et de la graisse de l'olivier,

Romains 11:18 ne te glorifie pas contre les branches; mais si tu te glorifies, ce n'est pas toi qui portes la racine, mais c'est la racine qui te porte.

Romains 11:19 Tu diras donc: Les branches ont été arrachées, afin que moi je fusse enté.

Romains 11:20 Bien! elles ont été arrachées pour cause d'incrédulité, et toi tu es debout par la foi. Ne t'enorgueillis pas,

Romains 11:21 mais crains (si en effet Dieu n'a pas épargné les branches qui sont telles selon la nature), qu'il ne t'épargne pas non plus.

Romains 11:22 Considère donc la bonté et la sévérité de Dieu: la sévérité envers ceux qui sont tombés; la bonté de Dieu envers toi, si tu persévères dans cette bonté; puisque autrement, toi aussi, tu seras coupé.

Romains 11:23 Et eux aussi, s'ils ne persévèrent pas dans l'incrédulité, ils seront entés, car Dieu est puissant pour les enter de nouveau.

Romains 11:24 Car si toi, tu as été coupé de l'olivier qui selon la nature était sauvage, et as été enté contre nature sur l'olivier franc, combien plus ceux qui en sont selon la nature seront-ils entés sur leur propre olivier?

Romains 11:25 je ne veux pas, frères, que vous ignoriez ce mystère-ci, afin que vous ne soyez pas sages à vos propres yeux: c'est qu'un endurcissement partiel est arrivé à Israël jusqu'à ce que la plénitude des nations soit entrée;

Romains 11:26 et ainsi tout Israël sera sauvé, selon qu'il est écrit: "Le libérateur viendra de Sion; il détournera de Jacob l'impiété.

Romains 11:27 Et c'est là l'alliance de ma part pour eux, lorsque j'ôterai leurs péchés".

Romains 11:28 En ce qui concerne l'évangile, ils sont ennemis à cause de vous; mais en ce qui concerne l'élection, ils sont bien-aimés à cause des pères.

Romains 11:29 Car les dons de grâce et l'appel de Dieu sont sans repentir.

Romains 11:30 Car comme vous aussi vous avez été autrefois désobéissants à Dieu et que maintenant vous êtes devenus des objets de miséricorde par la désobéissance de ceux-ci,

Romains 11:31 de même ceux-ci aussi ont été maintenant désobéissants à votre miséricorde, afin qu'eux aussi deviennent des objets de miséricorde.

Romains 11:32 Car Dieu a renfermé tous, Juifs et nations, dans la désobéissance, afin de faire miséricorde à tous.

Romains 11:33 O profondeur des richesses et de la sagesse et de la connaissance de Dieu! Que ses jugements sont insondables, et ses voies introuvables!

Romains 11:34 Car qui a connu la pensée du *Seigneur, ou qui a été son conseiller?

Romains 11:35 ou qui lui a donné le premier, et il lui sera rendu?
